X I’m in survival mode, just trying to get through the week. I can’t add anything else to my plate!

I’ve helped thousands of education and nonprofit leaders get clarity and alignment—even with full plates, limited time and complicated people dynamics.

(But you know that.)

You know there has to be a better way.

You had deep motivations for wanting to make an impact in your role and aren’t there yet. You are eager to be fired up and inspired and you know this course would do that for you.

1

You’re not afraid of hard work.

You know how to grind, and while this course definitely is work, it’s work that will help you lead more efficiently. Time spent on this creates more time for you because you are able to lead more efficiently, choosing the right solutions to push.

2

Starting today (with expert guidance) means getting there sooner.

You don’t know all the steps but you’re willing to trust the (proven) process.

3

I founded a successful school and got results—but the cost was real.

Well after midnight, I stared at my computer, wanting to bang my head against the wall—but realized the noise might wake one of my three children under age 4.

I had founded and was in the midst of leading a school—chasing academic gains and long-term impact in a community that had a deep need. Progress felt painfully slow. We had tight plans, productive meetings, and good people working hard… but the needle wasn’t moving. I couldn’t shake the question: what will it actually take to make this happen?

Over time, I learned something I wish someone had told me sooner: there’s a rhythm to how change works. Once you understand that rhythm, change stops feeling like a force you’re trying to wrestle into place. You can take it apart, strengthen the weak links, and rebuild momentum—without burning trust along the way.

Every organization is special, but not unique. Your context matters, but the patterns are remarkably consistent. Leaders get stuck. They’re stretched thin. They’re reactive for far too much of the day. Priorities get blurry.

Since I founded LevelEDUp Leadership in 2021, I’ve helped countless leaders streamline their goals and reset their teams so their people are more focused—and more energized. When the leadership moves get clearer, the work gets easier—for everyone

That’s why I created this course: a practical, repeatable playbook for leading change with trust and traction—so you can feel steady, confident, clear, and purposeful, and stop carrying the whole thing alone.

If you’re willing to look in the mirror and shift how you lead, this will change what’s possible.

I’ve taken what I’ve learned and created a practical course jam-packed with useful tools and templates so you can learn what I did (in weeks, not years!).
